We operate on a flexible arrangement, with the option of outsourcing human resources if we lack specialized skill in our core team for a particular assignment. This way of working allows the company the latitude to work on all the sectors of the political, social, and cultural economy, and to draw on the most relevant, experienced, and qualified experts, not only in Zimbabwe but across the continent. The model is also important in that it allows the company to work on many consultancy opportunities in many countries at the least cost possible. Most of the work that the company has done is for the government of Zimbabwe, non-governmental organisations, and individual investors.
